World Famous Fried Chicken (by G)

I´d been eyeing off a fried chicken place in Austin since I got there - Sam´s Fried Chicken (World Famous). After a cold, wet, miserable day sitting at the track hoping to see some formula one action I decided that some fried chicken would turn my frown upside down.

After careful scruitiny of the menu I decided on a leg and a thigh, a chicken tender, beans, coleslaw and a pickled jalapeno on the side - the slice of white bread, I think, is unavoidable.

I haven´t eaten a huge variety of fried chicken so I don´t have much to compare it to, it was moist, great chicken flavour not overwhelmed by seasoning, grood crunch on the crust. A1.
