Chicken Tortillas and Chorizo Tortillas (by G)
I think chicken tenders are pretty much the perfect size to serve on a tortilla a nice little nugget of protein that does not involve chopping. For these tortillas I simply dusted the tenders with spices and fried them off, then served them on some rather stale tortillas with a whack of store bought coleslaw and some chilli sauce. Pretty good... but chicken tenders are not the only thing that are the right size and shape for tortillas - halved chorizo also falls into that category. As I also had a chorizo in the fridge and some space in my belly I decided to give that a go as well. Also good, and spicy enough not to require chilli sauce.
