Pasta Bake (by Biggs)

A boozy afternoon in the sunshine meant an easy Sunday night dinner made from whatever I could find in our kitchen. There was some pasta, cheese and a mystery sauce.

Some may call this a pasta bake.....it was probably closer to a cheese bake.
