Potato Bake (by G)

Well, this was disappointing. I was hoping to make a nice potato bake for dinner. It turns out no such thing exists.

This potato bake was layered up with fried onion and bacon, potatoes and a cheesy milk type substance, then topped with cheese. I didn't follow a recipe because I was sure they would tell me to cook it for only half an hour or so. I cooked mine for an hour and found the potatoes were still uncooked so I cranked up the heat, split the milk and ended up with a fine mess on a plate.

This was not a highlight.
