Hotdogs (by G)

My first time cooking in over a month - best keep it simple. I had a craving for sausage sizzle the other day so hotdogs...

Firstly I slow, slow cooked some onions until they were almost a liquid. Then quick fried some strips of bacon until they were very crispy. Along with some soft rolls were fried pork sausages and avocado seasoned with rice wine vinegar (I forgot to get limes). A bit of packet coleslaw and what you have is a pretty gourmet hotdog.
