Left-over Indian (by Biggs)

When I ordered Indian the other night my eyes were bigger than my stomach and I didn't even make a dent in this lamb korma. I was mighty happy tonight to remember this was in the fridge. It was delicious. We all know take-away Indian is better the next day....especially when it means you don't have to leave your house to find dinner.
