Here's a tip. If you're not much in the mood for cooking buy a bag of oven fries and a bag of something resembling crumbed chicken, throw them in the oven for a while and dump them on a plate. The result is not exactly a 'meal' made from 'food' but your stomach will hardly be able to tell the difference (actually I secretly enjoyed the crumbed lumps of whatever it was that was pretending to be chicken).
