Pasta Salad (by Biggs)

I wanted something following a few Christmas Eve dinner rules tonight:

Something simple to cook, light to eat and that wouldn't trash the kitchen.

A pasta with chorizo, tomato, basil and peas. The dressing was mostly the oil rendered from the chorizo but I also added some Italian dressing from a bottle.

I think I followed the rules okay. Without the chorizo it would have been pretty depressing and flavourless.
