Ham and Eggs (by Biggs)

An obvious Boxing Day dinner - ham and eggs. The Christmas Ham hasn't had much of a look in over the past couple of days so I thought I'd give it some attention tonight. A few generous slices of ham and two fried eggs - dinner sorted. I also served up the only greens I could find in the house - two spears of asparagus and some fried parsley.
