Achiote Prawn Tortillas (by G)

Biggs was not home for this one so I low-balled it. Briefly fried prawns mixed with some achiote from a bottle on a smear of mashed avocado and shop bought tortillas. Simple and delicious.

Note the prominent use of fresh jalapeno as garnish - Biggs brought a genuine home-grown chilli back from a visit to Darren and Nancy's place the other day. If you disregard the rest of the items on the plate this was pretty much a free meal.
