Fried Eats and a Corn Salad (by Biggs)

Aaaaahhhh - working week in Bendigo is DONE! I'm not leaving though. Red came down to spend the weekend with me, we've hired a cottage and plan to have some fun.

We were keen for a pub eats and live music and found the perfect location 500 metres down the road from our house.

We ordered everything. A hot dog, some chilli cheese fries, some popcorn chicken and a mac and cheese. Some of our favourite things! I also ordered a corn salad to freshen things up a bit. I'm becoming quite a fan of corn but I mainly ordered this because it featured puffed wild rice. That stuff is great!

The music was great too - a perfect accompaniment to a brilliant feast.
