Despite the illness I was forced to help drink a jug of sangria.....how taxing. I also ate heaps of tortilla chips and dip....the best dip being what seemed to be a vat of melted cheese. I should really look into eating something green one day soon.

Mushroom Quesadilla (by Biggs)
Dinner out tonight with some work folk but I'm still horrendously unwell so have completely lost my appetite. As a result I just ordered an entree of mushroom quesadillas. I was a little surprised they came as stuffed mushrooms perched on tortillas but certainly wasn't unhappy.....little stuffed mushrooms. Cute. Yum.
