Chorizo and Potato Frittata with Parsley Salad (by Biggs)
This didn't turn out exactly how I expected. It was a bit flat and disappointing but I guess it was just potato, eggs and some chorizo.
The parsley salad was also a touch disappointing but I guess it was just parsley, shallots, red onion and lemon.
The bread and butter however, fucking delicious. I bought good butter for once. Good stuff!

I liked the chorizo and the butter, and I guess the bread as a vehicle for the butter.
