Salmon with Pea Risotto (by Biggs)

Well, the food in Rocky has not disappointed! A colleague and I went for a bit of a wander along the river after work to forage for food and drink and popped into a place not far down the road. It turned out to be quite fine dining but fairly reasonable.

My salmon was delicious, crispy skin, served with a generous knob of herbed butter. The risotto was great. And, what's that little ball on top you may ask? Why it's a deep- fried quail egg of course...for the win!
