Vegetarian Wednesday again which means (at least when I'm in charge) mushroom Wednesday.
Tonight a mix of mushrooms varieties fried with garlic and spring onion, flavoured with some stock, thickened with some cornflower, and stuffed into rolls then topped with some cubes of feta.
The mushdogs were pretty good, a bit lacking in flavour - the thing that made dinner exciting were the side of hash browns... lovely, crisp and light golden as prescribed by the packet.
