G came back from Japan today and promised to make me dinner. I came downstairs at the appointed hour of 7:30 and G was nowhere to be found. I waited and I waited, I drank beer and I drank beer and he never appeared. Once I was full to the brim with beer, and couldn't contemplate eating anyway, I went to bed.
