Hot Smoked Salmon and Salad (by Biggs)

Lazy Monday! Super lazy Monday! I chopped a few things. I unpacketed some salmon. That's right - I did not hot smoke this salmon myself. Surprised? I think not.

I chose yellow capsicum because I thought it would look pretty on the plate. Hmmm....that's awfully close to breaking our one rule of not pandering to the blog.

Tasty dinner though regardless of laziness.
