Salmon Noodle Salad (by Biggs)

After a massive bender of a weekend I decided it was time for something fresh for dinner. I'd planned for more vegetables than this but at least it's 100% more vegetables than I've eaten for the past few days. Or, perhaps infinity percent....is that higher than 100%?

I really like noodles and smoked salmon and capers so I mixed these together with two of my favourite salad ingredients - snow peas and cherry tomatoes.

I didn't even add any dressing. I thought something plain and fresh was probably best for my body. It worked.....I can feel my body coming back to life.
