Hot and Cold Meats (by G)

I impulse bought some cured meats the other day and was hoping to incorporate them into dinner. It wasn't too hard... cured meats, a Mediterranean style salad and some lamb chops.

Biggs and I like our lamb chops almost incinerated and jerkylike - the best way to do this is under the grill, just salt and heat.

The lamb chops were, perhaps, a little under-done for my taste - but almost exactly right. The highlight of the salad (apart from the olives) were the snacking tomatoes, they are about the only tomatoes available at the supermarket with any flavour.

There was also a dessert of more grilled lamb chops, the perfect end to a meal.

Lamb chops were already one of my favourite meals but paired with deli meats? Incredible!
